This 4-hour “caravan” tour is open to anyone who is interested in buying or investing in Atlanta real estate in 2019. The focus will be on up and coming areas that will be positively impacted by transformative developments. These are major projects (commercial / residential / infrastructure / transit) that are under construction or planned throughout the city. The goal is to help you identify lesser-known neighborhoods where upside potential still exists. We will go to (as Gretzky would say) “where the puck is going to be.”

We will be exploring the entire city — from the downtown core out to I-285, in all directions.
