In Search of the (Elusive) Northside Trail

Join us for the first of several tours that will focus on the neighborhoods located on the elusive Northside Trail. This section of the Beltline corridor (Sub-area 7) which extends eastward from I-75 (at Howell Mill) to the Lindbergh MARTA Station is one of the least understood (explored) segments of the Atlanta Beltline Redevelopment Plan. Sub-area 7 is also one of the most complex in terms of trail and transit alignment / design / construction. The neighborhoods in this area also happen to be some of the most exclusive (real estate wise) in the City of Atlanta. These include Ardmore, Brookwood Hills, Buckhead, Collier Hills, Garden Hills, Peachtree Battle and Peachtree Hills. This tour designed and led by Steve Saenz.
