This unique culinary and cultural experience is being hosted by Rossana Carrillo exclusively for Magellan Club members. Rossana and her guest chef, JR Delgado will be sharing heirloom techniques as they prepare a dinner of authentic Peruvian dishes. JR's philosophy marries tradition and imported Peruvian products with traditional gastronomic inspirations accumulated during his many years living in his native country. Through this mix of tradition and his restless creativity JR Delgado delivers a unique and authentic culinary experience for his guests.

The following dishes will be part of JR's presentation:

  • Ceviche Mixto - Fish & Seafood Ceviche
  • Causa De Cangrejo - Lump Crabmeat layered potato dish
  • Escabeche de Atun - Ahi Tuna Escabeche
The following dishes will be part of Rossana's presentation
  • Papa a la Huancaina - Potato with Huancaína sauce
  • Arroz con Pollo - Cilantro rice and Chicken
