About This Tour

This special walking tour will focus on the Westside Trail, which is scheduled to open in late 2017. Construction crews have begun pouring concrete for the multi-use trail. Other exciting developments, such the Monday Night Brewing announcement are drawing significant attention to this area. The ultimate purpose of this tour is to allow those who are interested to get a first-hand look at the construction of this new trail as well as the neighborhoods that surround it.

  • The entire route is about 7 miles (all flat and paved)
  • During winter months, tour will only take place if temp is >50-degrees and no rain
  • The "go/no-go" decision is generally made 24 hours before start time
  • These photos and these videos will give you an idea of what you will see
