  • Chef Rodney will be setting up an American version of a churrascaria including whole pig roast

      • Meat items will include Whole Pig, Riverview Farms, Texas Style Brisket, Riverview Farms & Organic Whole Chicken prepared by Chef Rodney Wedge
      • Non-meat items will include Black Bean & Grilled Vegetable Salad and a Mixed Green Salad w/ Herbs & Quinoa in a Mojito Vinaigrette prepared by Chef Daniel Turro
      • Sauces and rubs used will be Southern Links BBQ
